Nesgate is live on Firefox Add-ons

Firefox users can now install Nesgate straight from Firefox Add-ons, with automatic updates included. Until now Firefox was served through a verified manual package; the store listing replaces that detour.

What this changes for you:

• One-click install on Firefox 140 and later, no developer steps. Edge and Chrome keep using the Chrome Web Store listing.
• Automatic updates, like on Chrome and Edge. Manual installs stay available on the download page with their SHA-256 fingerprints.
• Managed rollout by add-on ID. Organizations that force-install the extension now pin it by ID, so the install survives any future listing-address change.

One Firefox-specific detail: Mozilla asks you at installation whether Nesgate may report anonymous technical data. That report powers a single feature: telling your admin when Nesgate was removed from a browser. Everything else works exactly the same with or without it, and you can change your choice anytime in about:addons.
