How Nesgate works

Nesgate is a small add-on for the web browser your staff already use. There is no new hardware and nothing changes in your network. Most companies are up and running within a day.

    Install

    Add Nesgate from the Chrome Web Store (Edge uses the same listing) or Firefox Add-ons, push it to every browser with Google Admin, Intune or Jamf, or send people an invite link. Nobody types a code.

  2. 02

    Choose the rules

    Decide what happens to each kind of information: hide it, warn, or stop it. Finance, Legal or one person can have their own rules. Changes reach every browser within a minute.

  3. 03

    People keep working

    Each message, file and photo is checked on the employee’s own computer before it is sent. People see a short note when something was hidden, and why.

  4. 04

    Review

    The admin dashboard shows what was stopped, with masked previews only, spots risky patterns and keeps a record that cannot be secretly changed.

You decide what happens

For each kind of information, choose one of three responses. Nesgate never blocks AI as a whole, only the sensitive part.

HideThe sensitive part is replaced with a label such as [CARD_1] and the rest is sent. Staff keep working.
WarnThe employee sees what was found and decides. Sending it anyway requires a written reason.
StopThe message or file is not sent, and the employee sees why.
