Many security products send your staff’s messages to their own servers to check them. Nesgate does the checking on the employee’s computer, so the sensitive content is never shared with us. Here is exactly what stays and what is shared.
Stays on the employee’s computer
- The text people type or paste
- The files and photos they attach
- The real details: the card number, the ID number, the password

Shared with your admin dashboard: a summary only

- What happened: hidden, warned, stopped or sent anyway (with the reason given)

- A preview with the sensitive part hidden, never the message itself
- For files: the name, type and size, never the content
- Built for Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and GDPR principles
- Hosted in Singapore, with each company’s data kept separate. Hosting in Indonesia and ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certification are planned
- You choose how long records are kept; encrypted backups on Enterprise
- Anything our support team does in your account appears in your records
